What will I be learning?

Learn how to make your own henna also known as mehndi and create beautiful temporary tattoos.

Session 1

  • The origins of Mehndi
  • Preparation and mixing of your own Henna paste from powder form
  • How to make a Mehndi cone

Session 2

  • This is a repeat of session 1 for those that were unable to access the session

Session 3

  • How to create basic patterns for beginners

  • After care tips

What do I need to bring?

Ingredients needed:

  • Mehndi/Henna powder 6 tbsp
  • 6/7 cloves or clove oil 2tsp
  • 2 tea bags
  • 2 cups of water
  • Plastic wallet or cellophane
  • Sellotape
  • Scissors
  • A bowl
  • A small container
