DALS stepped up to the challenge
Here at DALS we have created and delivered a whole range of new online courses through the Covid-19 crisis. Over 700 learners took advantage of these new online courses and the feedback has been excellent. Here are some of the comments we've had:
Improved motivation for learning topics outside my work which I haven't done for over 40 years!
I enjoyed it and realise I could do more online courses.
It has pushed me to step outside my comfort zone, re-learn things I learnt years ago, learn new skills and to keep mentally healthy in the lockdown.
Has given me confidence in using Excel
New courses for autumn 2020 – Coming Soon
We are currently busy preparing our new Autumn 2020 courses with consideration for the safety of our learners and staff and within the Government guidelines.
It's our intention to start new classes in Autumn from the 14th September 2020.
To ensure we are managing the number of learners travelling to and from our centres each day, we are moving some of our classes online, creating a blended learning offer and reducing the number of learners in each classroom.
We are also busy getting our centres ready so that social distancing and good hygiene practices can be followed throughout our centres.
