Who is this course for

The course is perfect for beginners if you want to study anywhere, anytime. The course will take an average of 8-12 weeks to complete based on spending around 14 hours per week learning and completing the questions/work.

This qualification will give you the underpinning knowledge that is required to successfully work in a range of different environments in a business administration role.

What are the entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements, but you should have a minimum of level one in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

What will I be learning

You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out administrative tasks such as how to manage information and supporting events. You will also learn how to apply the knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

This is a nationally recognised, level 2 qualification that provides the knowledge and skills required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a business administration role.

How will I be assessed and supported

During the course you will access online materials to support your learning and will work through online assessments as you progress.  You will be supported by your tutor.

What do I need to bring?

This is an online course you will need access to a computer, laptop and the internet to be able to complete the course.


This qualification is run on a platform via the internet using the online EQUAL learning platform.
