This course is aimed at parents and carers who are seeking employment opportunities. It is designed for individuals looking to build confidence, develop essential job application, and interview skills.

What are the entry requirements

Basic conversational and written English

What will I be learning

How to write a professional CV tailored to your skills and experience.
Job search strategies.
Techniques to improve interview confidence, including common questions and body language tips.
Information on accessing 1 on 1 support from the National Careers Service.

How will I be assessed and supported

Your tutor will guide you step by step, discuss your work with you, identify strengths and areas for further development.
 You will also be given verbal feedback and written feedback on your Individual Learning Plan.
